Well for those of you dont know: last year in strength training i was deadlifting 420lb and my spoter was not paying attention so on my 3rd rep i pulled sumthing in my back. Anyways after that i went to a chiropractic for about 2 months and my back got progresivly better. Finnaly! this semester i have strength training again, i was power cleaning and coach came over when i was lifting and told me to put my chest over the bar when i got down, soooo i was like ok, bring the bar up and DAMN my pain came back. so i went to another doc and he told me that i have ripped one of the muscles in my back and that i will never heal, but good news it can get better. also i want to play football next year but i still dont know. i dont want to get injured and not be able to wrestle. next year is my last and if i dont get to wrestle ill fail my senior year jsut so i can wrestle the next year. and yeah im so fucknig tiered right now i think im gona head to bed, bye everyone
